Refund Policy & Safari Rules

Cancellation 1 week or more before safari — 100% refund.
Cancellation 3 days before safari — 50% refund.
Cancellation after 3 days — no refund.
If the National Park authority does not allow entry, full payment will be refunded within 24 hours.
Guests must be ready at the pickup point at least 30 minutes before the safari timing.
Delay in reporting will result in no refund. The jeep will not wait beyond the scheduled departure time.
